Acting as an authorised representative for the tenant, we inspected that the unit had been subjected to extensive flooding and exposure to unsanitary toilet water. Our assessor brought in a third party engineer to assess the damage to the restaurant’s expensive kitchen equipment and ensure all hygiene considerations were addressed during the repair phase.
