additional building repairs
To complement our buildings insurance claims management service, we can also arrange comprehensive repairs to buildings that have suffered damage from flooding, water leaks, fires, chemical leaks, poor weather, impact, and more.
For large and complex claims, we often advise the involvement of professional advisers, such as building surveyors and structural engineers, who can provide certainty for quantum measurement and technical aspects of building reinstatement.
After getting the authorisation to take on your case, we will secure your property (or properties), then look to implement a disaster management plan that may include steps such as arranging emergency drying, stripping out damaged fabric, isolation of power and service connections, and organising the treatment and safe disposal of hazardous material and waste.
