We’re here to help you prepare, negotiate and settle your insurance claim – on your terms, with your best interests in mind..

Right now, you’re probably in a tense, stressful situation. Either your home, your rental property or your business premises has been damaged, and you’re worried about what this means for your living arrangements or your daily operations as you go through the process of rectifying the damage and making an insurance claim.

We understand what you’re going through. And we know how to guide you towards the light at the end of the tunnel.

Your Claim has over 20 years’ experience in handling property-related insurance claims. Our loss assessors have helped hundreds of people through the exact situation you’re in right now. As well as supporting you through the claims process, they can draw upon their unique mix of building, property and insurance expertise to handle repairs, safeguard your asset against future damage, and work tirelessly to restore your building back to its former glory.

Why do you need us?

We work for YOU, not your insurer. When you instruct us to recover your losses, there will be no conflict of interest; we’ll be working to achieve the best outcome for you, and you alone.

There are no fee charges payable to Your Claim for validated buildings damage claims providing you appoint us to project manage repairs and we can agree on the appointment of a preferred reinstatement or restoration contractor who will invoice the insurer at an agreed cost of repair.

Once a settlement sum is agreed, we will work side by side with the nominated main contractor, or in some cases become novated by the main contractor to project manage associated claims handling, liaison and client payments.

We will agree a fee with you for contents and business interruption claims. This is approximately 10%. We will confirm this to you in writing once we are clear about the scope of services and level of engagement required.

Insurance companies may reject claims on technical grounds. They could even disrupt your claim settlement by using confusing terminology and jargon to avoid parting with what you deserve. It’s our job to counter this approach and make sure you get the right payout, all whilst working to ensure your claim is processed quickly and efficiently so things can get back to normal ASAP.

Our team knows exactly how to manage the insurance claim process, from preparing all the necessary reports, surveys and documents to liaising with your insurance company, their loss adjuster, and any third-party representatives. Crucially, they can help you achieve the settlement you are entitled to.

additional building repairs

To complement our buildings insurance claims management service, we can also arrange comprehensive repairs to buildings that have suffered damage from flooding, water leaks, fires, chemical leaks, poor weather, impact, and more.

For large and complex claims, we often advise the involvement of professional advisers, such as building surveyors and structural engineers, who can provide certainty for quantum measurement and technical aspects of building reinstatement.

After getting the authorisation to take on your case, we will secure your property
(or properties), then look to implement a disaster management plan that may include steps such as arranging emergency drying, stripping out damaged fabric, isolation of power and service connections, and organising the treatment and safe disposal of hazardous material and waste.
